- 5365-01-096-1505, SHIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP., CAGE 78286, P/N 70101-11123-103. EXPORT CONTROL TDP EXISTS FOR THIS NSN. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT WITH A BASE YEAR AND FOUR ONE-YEAR OPTIONS. SOLICITED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. TERMS: FOB DESTINATION, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT DESTINATION. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR THE BASE YEAR IS 1304 EACH. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR EACH OPTION YEAR IS 1000 EACH. THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM IS 250 EACH AND IS FOR THE BASE YEAR ONLY. THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 250 EACH FOR THE BASE AND EACH OPTION YEAR. THE MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 1804 EACH FOR THE BASE YEAR AND 2000 EACH FOR EACH OPTION YEAR. THE MAXIMUM CONTRACT QUANTITY FOR ALL FIVE YEARS IS 9804 EACH. REQUESTED DELIVERY IS 30 DAYS. SURGE AND SUSTAINMENT APPLIES TO THIS NSN. THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.
