- ******IMPORTANT: With reference to Government Furnished Materials & Equipment: All GFE will be provided by the Government to include tools and materials. The Government will also provide a Lock Shop space on site for contractor use. All remaining information to original notice remains unchanged. ********* Performance Period is: 1 year. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: manufacturer?s catalogs, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, etc., in addition references / qualifications. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: Underwriter?s Laboratories (UL), State of Alaska Administrative Codes, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards; Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), ANSI Standards, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), MIL SPEC, FED STD, and applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH REQUEST FOR QUOTE DOCUMENTS WHEN THEY ARE ISSUED ON APPROXIMATELY AUGUST 31, 2005. A SITE VISIT will not be held. Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, Alaska. Estimated price is UNDER $50,000.
