Description

This Modification extends the closing date to September 7, 2005. This is a Combine Synopsis/Solicitation. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, Georgia, anticipates a continuing need for non-lethal marking cartridges for law enforcement officer firearms training courses. A commercial item acquisition (FAR Subpart 12) issued August 17, 2005, will close on August 31, 2005, and is unrestricted (NAICS Code 332992, size standard of 1,000 employees). The DHS/FLETC anticipates the establishment of firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity multiple award contracts (base and 4 option years) to begin 10/1/05 and will include reduced-hazard cartridges as well as standard industry marking cartridges. All pricing shall be FOB Destination to all DHS agencies CONUS, with and without FET for ordering purposes. Overall projected ceiling of any contracts shall not exceed $5,000,000 (exclusive of FET) with a minimum guarantee of $250. Direct any questions to patricia.a.newman@dhs.gov.
