Description

The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals to retrofit lighting at the McAllen Federal Office Building, McAllen, Texas. Solicitation GS-07P-05-UK-M-3050, Project # I05-144. The point of contact is Rosalva Ramos, Contracting Officer, Texas/New Mexico Service Center, (956)618-8125 Ext. 239. The purpose of the project is to retrofit the existing lighting fixtures. The contractor shall provide products of firms regularly engaged in the manufacture of retrofit components of types and ratings requried, whose products have been in satisafactory use in similar service for not less than five (5) years. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 - $32,000. The solicitation issue date will be on or about August 22, 2005. The proposal due date will be on or about September 6, 2005. Specifications will be available for downloading from the internet at www.fedbizopps.gov. All contractors downloading this solicitation shall notify this office via e-mail to rosalva.ramos@gsa.gov or facsimile at 956-618-8129. A PRE PROPOSAL CONFERENCE IS SCHEDULE FOR WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 24, 2005 AT 10:00 AM AT THE GSA OFFICE, 320 NORTH MAIN, RM 106, MCALLEN, TEXAS.
