Description

The Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Endeavor Information Systems, Inc., 1350 E. Touhy Ave, Suite 200 East, Des Plaines, Illinois 60018. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)  only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Topographic Engineering Center (TEC) requires ma intenance and support of the existing Voyager system, which provides all patches/upgrades to the system and its modules. The purchase of non-compatible maintenance lacking the required features will adversely impact the Governments mission requirements. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this supply or service in writing to the identified point of contact not later that 1630 hrs CST on 24 August 2005. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated so lely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is sole ly within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFQ will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
