- This is a synopsis for a commercial service to provide Nuclear Physician Consultation and Equipment Calibration to maintain compliance with the RIC and/or NRC Regulations prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://eps.satx.disa.mil or http://www1.eps.gov on or about 23 August 2005. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that paper solicitations will not be issued, and all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on EPS. It is recommended that all interested sources register through EPS to ensure they automatically receive all updated documents to this requirement as they are posted. Numbered Note 1 applies.
