- Education and Training Services. This acquisition is for all services and materials, other than Government Furnished Property/Material, required to provide Education and Training Services for the Air Logistics Center at Robins AFB GA. This acquisition will utilize Technically Acceptable-Risk, Performance, Price Tradeoff (TA-RPPT) best value source selection procedures. The performance period shall be one basic period, plus four one-year option periods. A DRAFT Statement of Work and/or DRAFT Solicitation will be issued in the near future followed at a later date by the official solicitation. All responsible sources may submit proposals that shall be considered. All potential offerors should contact the listed point of contact (POC) for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, regarding this requirement.
