- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Remote Power System. NOTE: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER A CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F1T1DE5143A100.
