- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition #F2S33A5221A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 515111. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600hrs CST on 29 August 2005. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. Currently there are no funds obligated for this request. Solicitation is for anticipated fall out funds, clause 52.232-18 (Apr 1984), Availability of Funds applies.
