- Goodfellow, AFB San Angelo TX, is looking to purchase services for our FY06 Motorcycle Safety Training Classes. This service includes both the Basic and Advanced Motorcyle Riders Course Training, IAW the Statement of Work which is included in the solicitation. This is a firm fixed price requirements-type contract. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.106--Soliciting Competition, Evaluations of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611692-- Driver training schools (except bus, heavy equipment, truck) and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractors Registration Database @www.ccr.gov prior to award. Offerors are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 19 Aug 05.
