Description

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, tools, supplies, equipment, and performance of operations required removing flammable or combustible substances, and to decontaminate all ventilation systems specified.at Dyess AFB, TX. All work will be done in accordance with local, state, and federal safety and labor laws and guidlines provided by the Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561790. The small business size standard is $6,000,000. The acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. This will be a firm-fixed contract. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.eps.gov. Offerors not already registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) database are highly encouraged to do so by calling 1-888-227-2423 or http://ccr.gov. No contract award will be made to an offeror until this requirement is met. To be considered responsive offerors must be registered in Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA) at www.bpn.gov before submitting a offer.
