- The contractor shall provide and service chemical latrines at Dyess AFB, TX. All work will be in accordance with all local, state, and federal safety and labor laws, and all guidelines provided in Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991. The small business size standard is $6,000,000. The acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business. This will be a firm-fixed contract. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.eps.gov. Offerors not already registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) database are highly encouraged to do so by calling 1-888-227-2423 or http://ccr.gov. No contract award will be made to an offeror until this requirement is met. To be considered responsive offerors must be registered in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov before submitting a offer. The soliciation issue date will be on or about 19 Aug 05. All bids must be submitted by mail, email, or fax to this office by 2:00 pm CST 19 Sept 05. No response to this presoliciation notice is necessary
