- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed contract to Alcon Laboratories, Inc. 6201 South Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas 76134 for the following: Mfg: Alcon Laboratories - Two (2) each, Infinity Vision System, Part# 8065750265; Four (4) each, Neosonix handpiece, Part# 8065750120, for 59th MDW/MSLE, 2200 Bergquist Drive, Suite 1, Lackland AFB, TX 78236. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
