- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to develop and implement a leadership development program which will enable a group of 30 participants (20% minority) identified as emerging leaders in allied health education to engage in a national-level program to develop leadership skills. The Allied Health Leadership Coalition will be a 6-month long experience providing an opportunity for emerging leaders in allied health education and practice to participate in range of experiences that focus on preparing these individuals for future leadership positions. Experiences will focus on crosscutting rather than discipline-specific allied health issues. The Contractor shall coordinate activities associated with the leadership training workshop, mentoring, and leadership program products. The solicitation will result in a fixed price contract. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months. This is a 100% small-business set aside. Offers from concerns other than small businesses will not be considered.
