- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. USDA, Rural Development seeks to enter into a fixed priced (not-to-exceed) contract for commercial business information services in connection with mortgage credit reports. These services are needed throughout the United States. The period of performance is one base year and four (4) one year option periods. Offers are due by 2:00 pm on August 26, 2005.
