- Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-R-3479, RE051220070000, (2) NSN?s: 9150-00-181-8097, 9150-00-181-8229, Lubricating Oil, Engine. QPL APPLIES. In accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-9000H(SH), I/A/W STD NR MIL-STD-290F, I/A/W QAP 13873. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a military /Federal Specifications/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 193 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO for NSN ending in 8097. Requested delivery is 31 days ARO for NSN ending in 8229. This is a commercial item. This is an Unrestricted procurement, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus two option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity, which is 1,800 for NSN ending in 8229. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 6,285 for NSN ending in 8097. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 360 for the base year only for NSN ending in 8229. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 1,200 for the base year only for NSN ending in 8097. Surge and Sustainment are required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SRG), Richmond, VA and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. The solicitation will issue on ? August 30, 2005 ? with a closing date of September 30, 2005.
