- NSN 4930-00-861-9982, NOZZLE, FUEL AND OIL. The government plans to award a fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract with EPA with a 1 year base period and four option years. Except for the 1st delivery order for this item which will be for stock, the material will be ordfered primarily on a Direct Vendor Delivery basis for shipment to various customer locations within CONUS in lieu of depot stockage. Delivery orders will be issued electronically. This will be an unrestricted acquisition. Drawings are required. Note 26 applies. This purchase is restricted to U.S. sources.
