- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance Logistics Command Atlantic (MLCA), Norfolk, VA is seeking sources with the technical capability of manufacturing Bubbler Enclosures (Acoustical Panel Structure System) used on the U.S. Coast Guard's 140' WTGB Ice Breaker fleet. Manufacturing shall be in accordance with the attached statement of work. The USCG is performing market research to identify sources with manufacturing capability for a three year Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract. The estimated quantities are 4 each per year. The solicitation will be released on FedBizOpps. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332311, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. A set-aside determination has not yet been made. A site visit will be requested for companies who have not previously manufactured these enclosures for the Coast Guard. Interested parties should submit a brief description of their technical capability to meet the requirements and business size. The business size shall include any applicable preference program (i.e. 8a, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned).
