Description
Sources Sought for Support: Human Factors Full-Spectrum Project.Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W),in support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense,is conducting a market research survey in accordance with FAR 10.0001 to determine the extent of other Business participation and capability to perform the requirement summarized below and in accordance with the statement of work.Interested parties may access the Statement of Work at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/sole.htm Title: Human Factors Full-Spectrum Project. The NAICS CODE IS 541720 and size standard is $6M. This is NOT a request for proposal. The Statement of Work requires support for two critical tasks: (1) develop ri gorous analytic processes and methods for assessing the behaviors of mid-to-low level foreign military commanders and civilian leaders both as individuals and as groups, and (2) apply the results of these methods to perform dynamic simulations of the react ions of these individuals and groups to external influences. Once completed, the results of this study will be incorporated into operational support procedures within the DIA's HFAC and the resultant analytic products will be disseminated to the operationa l community via the nascent Human Factors IPT's collaborative portal.The expected period of performance will be one year from date of award.Performance shall be within the NCR.The Statement Of Work located at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/sole.htm Scroll down and select: Human Factors Full-Spectrum Project. Interested parties must respond with a complete capability package describing their technical expertise and provide a summary of relevant experience.Respondents are requested t o submit a Capability package that clearly addresses corporate capabilities. The capability package is not to exceed 25 pages and must provide a summary of relevant experience that addressees the scope in the SOW. The statement must include substantive cur rent or recent past performance references that identify the contract number, customer, contract value, type of contract, period of performance, brief description of services, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) name, email and telephone. Capability packages are to be submitted no later than Aug 26, 2005, 12:00 Noon EST. No extensions will be granted. No capabilities packages will be accepted after Aug. 26, 2005, 12:00 Noon EST.
