- The request for quote posted on August 16, 2005 is amended as follows: "Delivery sites are subject to change, offerors are requested to porivde a local point of contact for coordination with the government during the delivery and set-up of the tents on September 12, 2005 and for the breakdown and removal of the tents on September 26, 2005. Additionally, offerors are requested to provide past performance information or three same or similiar contacts in the past two years. This should include phone numbers and contract numbers. Evaluation for award shall be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS. Award will be based on the 1)offferors capability to meet the government's requirments; 2)past performance and 3)price. The government intends to award a fixed-price order to the offeror who's proposal is the best value to the government. The due date for quotations is extended to MOnday 22, 2005 at 12:00pm noon (local time). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-AUG-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
