- The proposed simplified acquisition listed herein is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 541990. The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, Division of Acquisition Management intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Office of Policy, Planning and Budget (OPPB) to support the development of training modules and the delivery of training on behalf of the OPPB’s Planning & Performance Measurement and Extramural Policy Teams. The contractor shall develop a training module for members of the SAMHSA National Advisory Council (NAC) and the Advisory Committee on Women’s Services (ACWS); deliver at least two training sessions for NAC and ACWS members; design a training program for SAMHSA staff on the grant planning process and updated SAMHSA Extramural Policy Statements (SEPS); and review and revise policy documents, as needed. The anticipated period of performance shall be six (6) months. The solicitation will be issued approximately fifteen (15) days after this synopsis is issued and will be made available electronically at this address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only electronic copies of the solicitation will be available. Quotes will be due approximately ten (10) days after issuance of the RFQ.
