- ONLY ITSP II BPA HOLDERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION REQUEST: NOTE: PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY RESPECTIVE ITSP II BPA Holders/OFFERORS WITH AFFILIATION TO THE NETCENTS CONTRACT HOLDERS as either the prime contractor, subcontractor or teaming partner/teaming arrangement with NETCENTS contract holders will not be considered for this requirement, if submitted. SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP) for ITSP II Project Control Number 05-SSG-KA-0006. HQ OSSG/KA invite ITSP II BPA holders only, with no affiliation to the NETCENTS contract holders as either the prime contractor, subcontractor or teaming partner/teaming arrangement with NETCENTS contract holders, to submit a competitive proposal in accordance with this request (reference the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)). This is an anticipated labor-hour task order. When preparing proposals in response to this RFP, the ITSP II BPA holder’s proposed labor categories; number of proposed labor hours and proposed labor rates shall be clear and based on the ITSP II BPA holders GSA Schedule/ESC BPA to include any discounts offered off of the published rates. Proposal responses should reflect the ITSP II BPA holder’s ability to fulfill the requirements of the task relative to the criteria in the PWS. Please respond by 3:00 p.m. Central Time, 15 Jul 2005, (no extensions will be granted). All responses to the RFP should be sent electronically to annette.hudson@gunter.af.mil. Limit your proposals to 20 pages. The 20 page limitation does not include the table of contents, cost proposal or sanitized resumes. Please submit all questions electronically to annette.hudson @gunter.af.mil and include the ITSP II Project Control Number in all correspondence. No questions will be answered telephonically. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JUL-2005).
