Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The site must be located within the following delineated area: NORTH by University Drive (72) SOUTH by I-565; EAST by Sparkman Drive; and WEST by Slaughter Road. REQUIRED: Approximately 6,555 rentable square feet of office space yielding 5,700 BOMA usable square feet, is required. A fully serviced lease is required, including day time janitorial services, utilities and maintenance services, and the tenant build-out.
