Description

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA), is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 2,070 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must be contiguous and yield a square footage amount within the range of 1,700 to 1,800 contiguous BOMA usable square feet. Office and related space must be located above ground level and available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: Space must be located within the designated boundaries listed: North bounded by Route 51/Pineville Matthews Road; South bounded by Interstate 485; East bounded by Route 16/Providence Road; West bounded by Interstate 485. Space must be located outside of the flood plain area; flood plain certification is required. Residential and Industrial areas are unacceptable. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. REQUIRED: All services, utilities, supplies, alterations and demised partitioning are to be provided as part of the rental. TERM: Occupancy is required by September 30, 2005. The lease term will be for ten (10) years; five (5) years firm, with the Government having the right to terminate after five (5) years. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact this office in writing via fax, email, or U.S. Mail no later than August 25, 2005. Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
