- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE COLUMBIA, MISSOURI The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents for office and related space. The Government presently occupies 5,458 rentable square feet of space which yields 5,037 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space in Columbia, Missouri. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. AMOUNT: GSA desires to lease approximately 5,458 square feet of BOMA rentable space. Rentable space must yield approximately 5,037 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. TENANT: Social Security Administration (SSA) LOCATION: Columbia, Missouri City Limits REQUIRED: The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. . TERM: Lease will be for a term of ten (10) years with the Government having termination rights after the fifth (5) year with ninety days (90) days written notice to the Lessor.
