- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPY OF SOLICITATION NUMBER N00244-05-T-0939 IS AVAILABLE. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14 and class deviation 2002-00003. This solicitation is issued as RESTRICTED (100% Small business set-aside). NAICS Code 332911 and business size standard of 500 employees is applicable.
