Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a Sole Source basis with Speciality Devices, Inc. to procure one (1) each Side Scan Sonar Integrated Survey System, Model BSS+3 for the Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit Two, Norfolk, VA. The delivery date for the resultant contract will be 90 days after receipt of order. The NAICS Code is 334511. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http:www2.eps.gov as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. NOTE 22 APPLIES.
