- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-05-T-0042 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20050726. Elmendorf AFB requires CLIN 0001: Transport and Dispose of "Friable and Non- Friable asbestos" from the demolition of Pt Lay LRRS (6 20? Containers). CLIN 0002: Transport & Dispose of Building debris w/PCB's in the applied paints(Thirty 20? Containers). CLIN 0003: Transport & Dispose of POL soil & PCB <50ppm soil contained within 1 cy supersacks inside 20' containers and shipping flats containing approx 35,000 lbs per conex/flat(Thirty 20? Containers). CLIN 0004: Transport and dispose of scrap Steel contaminated with PCB and Lead based paint steel is pallatized for transport (Fourteen 20? Containers). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
