Description

Modification dated 8/18/05 changes the response date to 05 Sep 05 and adds the Availability of Funds statement. Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to inspect and repair equipment as defined in the statement of work (SOW). The period of performance is anticipated to commence on 01 Oct 2005 and complete on 30 Sep 2006, and the possibility for one additional option year. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
