Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This purchase is set aside for a small business in accordance with 13.003(a) (3). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DCN 20050726. This RFQ has the attached line items (Brand Name or Equal): **PARTS LIST PREVIOUSLY DISPLAYED/SHOWN IN THIS AREA IS NOW AN ATTACHMENT.** Proposals must price each line item listed above (all or none). Ship to: 5237 Cooper St. Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-5505 Delivery required within 30 days of award, FOB destination, net 30 payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3. Clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252.211-7003, and 252.232-7003 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions. Quotes are due back to Jenna Moore no later than 4:00 pm EST on Friday 19 August 2005 electronically or by facsimile (937) 257-6390.
