- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following brand name commercial items: 150 each Fuji Digital X-Ray Phosphor Imaging plates 14 inches by 17 inches: 2 each Fuji Dyna View Work Station: computer workstation: processor Pentium 4 minimum; Processor Speed 1.4 gigahertz minimum; memory 528 megabyte: 1 each Fuji DryPix Printer 14 inches by 17 inches: thermal printer capable of printing transparent films of 14 inches wide by 17 inches long; width: 23 inches; depth 19.4 inches (25 ? inches with film tray); height 14 ? inches: 2 each Fuji CR Reader; external dimensions; image reader: 550mm x 515mm x 41 7/8 inches IIP; Power Supply 100-240V AC 50/60 HZ; Monitor 400mm x 210mm x 410mm (15 ? inches x 8 17/64 inches x 16 9/64 inches; weight Image reader: approximately 180kg (397 lb) IIP: 15 lbs.: 5 each Fuji Hard Cassette 14 inches x 17 inches for use with 14 inches x 17 inches Imaging Plate: 150 each Fuji Soft Cassette 14 inches x 17 inches; for use with 14 inches x 17 inches Imaging Plate: This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). An ?or equal? brand will not be accepted. The purchase of these items is contingent upon the availability of funds. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 325992 applies to this procurement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and Defense Change Notice 20050626. FOB: Destination for delivery to 6820 Tyndall Parkway, Bldg 5025, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
