- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), the reference number is 5-T-C804. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This is a 100% small business set-aside to purchase visual aids for dog training lab. The NAICS code is 323115. The size standard number of employees is 500. CLINS/Item Description, Blue Print, Warehouse and Wall pictures are attached as pdf files. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: 341 TRS/TSA, Bldg 7581, at Lackland AFB, TX, 78236, NO LATER THAN MONDAY, 12 SEP 05. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation.
