- U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN South Tampa, Florida Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 66,700 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 58,000 useable square feet of office and related space in South Tampa, Florida. Space is required by December 15, 2005. Location: Space must be located within two blocks of the MacDill Air Force Base. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Parking for approximately 180 vehicles is required. Lease Term: Term is 10 years firm.
