- The purpose of this notice is to determine the availability of small businesses able to provide collection and off-site disposal services for regulated medical waste at Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This proposed c ontract will begin on or about 1 Oct 2005 for one (1) base year with four (4) annual option periods.
