FIRST ARTICLE TEST REQUIRED (FIVE SAMPLES). CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. QAP 002 APPLIES. SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT WITH A BASE YEAR AND FOUR ONE-YEAR OPTIONS. SOLICITED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR THE BASE YEAR IS 1355 EACH. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR EACH OPTION YEAR IS 856 EACH. THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM IS 214 EACH AND IS FOR THE BASE YEAR ONLY. THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 214 EACH FOR THE BASE AND EACH OPTION YEAR. THE MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 1783 EACH FOR THE BASE YEAR AND 1712 EACH FOR EACH OPTION YEAR. THE MAXIMUM CONTRACT QUANTITY FOR ALL FIVE YEARS IS 8,632 EACH. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
