- This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation FA4613-05-Q-0010. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a) (13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. Additional information pertaining to this Request for Quote is currently available and can be accessed by the link located above entitled “Solicitation 01. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to accomplish removal and installation of Dormitory Carpet for F.E. Warren AFB, WY in accordance to the standards outlined in the Statement of Work. The estimated period of performance will be 11 Aug 05 through 02 Sep 05. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote that will be considered by 90th Contracting Squadron. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice. Quotes are now being accepted via email or fax. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2005).
