- Warehouse Support Service for the GSA Customer Service Center at Hickam Air Force Base and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Solicitation will issue in appox. 15 business days from the date of this synopsis. This is a Small Business Set Aside Walk through is scheduled for June 28, 2005 8:30 am at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii 1:00 pm at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii All attendees MUST submit the following information to rita.loring@gsa.gov AND deniserose.torres@gsa.gov by June 24, 2005: 1. Company Name 2. Individual attendee(s) name 3. Individual attendee(s) social security number All attendees must have a valid government - issued photo ID (ie. State id or driver’s license) All vehicles operators must show the vehicle registration and proof of insurance. If the vehicle is a rental, the rental agreement must be shown ATTENDEES MUST BE SPONSORED ONTO THE BASE PLEASE MEET AT THE FRONT GATE AT THE APPOINTED TIME TO GAIN ACCESS. A base representative will meet attendees there to sponsor them on to the base. BE ON TIME!! THIS IS THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO WALK THROUGH THE AREA. Those who have not submitted their information prior to June 24, 2005, latecomers, and those without the necessary paperwork or id will not be able to attend and no other time can be arranged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUN-2005).
