Description: Upon the stairs of the north entrance of the Federal Bldgs. & US Courthouse, exists ten handrails. The city of Milwaukee is planning a project to demo and replace the concrete sidewalks along the north side of the building with construction starting in October 2005. GSA must coordinate with the city's engineers to replace the ten hand railings anchored in the cement while the existing sidewalk is being demolished. The handrails are to replaced with newly manufactured rails matching the existing design and placement.
