Description: The purpose of this modification is to inform interested parties of changes to the tentative Request for Proposal (RFP) release date and the pre-proposal conference date. The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) release date for solicitation PR-R5-05-10032 has been changed to October 31, 2005. The pre-proposal conference originally scheduled for August 31 has been cancelled. It is anticipated that the pre-proposal conference will be rescheduled for a date in the middle of November, 2005.
