To include: PDR3500 Port Repeater VHF R1 (Part No. P2066), PRD 3500 Port Repeater VHF R2 (Part No.P2067) , SNH: Conv Astro CAI Operation (Part No. Q806, :ADD: Repeater Operation (Part No. Q501), ADD: Transit Case (Part No. H338) to: Motorola (U.S. Federal Markets Division), 7230 Parkway Drive, Hanover, MD 21076. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 18 Aug 05. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
