- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternate in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWCIHD) has a requirement to purchase a 4-way solenoid valve and technical support services for recovered nitration processing equipment being re-furbished. NSWCIHD intends to negotiate a sole-source requirement to BIAZZI SA 25 ch de la tavallaz case postale 84, ch-1816 Chailly/Montreux Switzerland. The NAICS code is 333298 and the FSC code is 3690.
