- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce at Picatinny, N.J. has a requirement for MGSS and DIFCUE Launcher Equipment capable of launching M30/M31A1 cartridges. The U.S. Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Universal Systems & Technology, INC. under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2034 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a) (iii).
