- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; prop osals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Solicitation Number is W911S6-05-T-0065. This solicitation is being issued as a RFQ. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-4. (iv) N/A (v) The following is a list of the contract line number and items, quantities and unit of measure: DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: Laboratory Equipment. SEE ATTACHMENT IN SOLICITATION FOR FURTHER SPECIFICATIONS. CLIN 0001 must be new equipment. CLINs 0002 thru 0011 must be used laboratory equipment. (a) CLIN 0001 Electric Rocket Base with CO2 air mixture control module and exhaust filter heater Quantity of 1 Unit of Issue EA.
