- This solicitation is for fixed upholstered chairs with self-rising mechanisms, aisle and intermediate standards for Bliss Hall on the Carlisle Army Barracks, Pa. Five hundred (500) upholstered seats, plastic backs and armrests, self folding seats, 3 2 back, 22 W Seat, Tablet Arm, Seat # on each seat, row # on all end seats, led aisle light on every other row utilizing current electrical sources, fabric covered seats and backs, 3 polyurethane foam seat & back, cast aluminum or steel standards, no de corative panels, covered heel and toes on the standard, floor mount, 10 year warranty on fabric, warranty on chair. Installation of new seating, de-installation and removal of current seating. THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
