- The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with LBS Enterprises, Inc., 11408 Pulaski Hwy, White Marsh, MD to provide Bauer Model MTV35H-E3 Maxi V erticus - 6000 PSI Service Breathing Air System, including fabrication and installation. The contemplated award amount is significantly less than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333912 an d the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This data must be sufficient enough to allow the government to evaluate the information relative to the above requirements. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 Noon, Eastern Standard Time, August 19th, 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
