- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fuji Medical. Items to be purchased: Service and maintenance of the following equipment AC3CS; AC3CS IDT; AC3; AC3 IDT; FCR 9501; FCR 5000 Plus; IDT 9501; and IIP WS. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Far Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 1 October 05. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 31 August 2005.
