Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to renovate Cardiology, Building 204 at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Work involves general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Performance period is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Cost Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS Code is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 Million. Bid packages will be available on or about August 30, 2005. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held September 20, 2005 at 10:00 AM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend. Bid opening is September 29, 2005 at 3:30 PM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, Mountain Home, TN.
