- DESCRIPTION: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Hunsi Group, Inc. of South Euclid, Ohio 44121 for the MRI modular building site preparation at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Brecksville division. This acquisition will be accomplished using FAR SUBPART 19.8, Contracting With The Small Business Administration (The 8a Program) procedures and in accordance by FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
