- UNICOR, intends to enter into a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for Wild Land Firefighter Gloves. This requirement is for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only requirement; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement number is CT1740-05 and this requirement is issued as a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), type contract (52.216-1). The requirement document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) No. 05 05. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 316993 and small business size is 500. FAR 52.225-4 (Buy American Act North American Free Trade Agreement Israeli Trade Act Certificate). Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for life of the contract: 162,500 SQ Ft. The Maximum Quantity for life of the contract: 3,500,000 SQ Ft. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity: 50,000 SQ Ft. LEATHER SHALL BE MADE I.A.W.: USDA SPEC- 6170-5C, MIL-L-40051,TYPE 2,CLASS A (OR) B. THE COLOR SHALL BE CREAM. ALL SHIPMENTS SHALL BE CONSISTENT IN COLOR. THE LEATHER SHALL BE PRE-STAKED WITH MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF LENGTHWISE STRETCH REMOVED. THE THICKNESS OF THE LEATHER SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 3.0 OUNCES NOR MORE THAN 3.75 OUNCES. THE CERTIFICATE MUST STATE THE GOODS MEET OR EXCEED THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS NEEDED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND VERIFIED WITH THE INDEPENDANT TESTING LABS RESULTS ENCLOSED. THE CERTIFICATE AND TEST RESULTS MAY BE MAILED TO THE ATTENTION OF: (SEE SOLICITATION). Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Sandstone, MN. Delivery Acceptance is 45 Days after the receipt of each delivery order. This requirement is an all or none requirement.
