- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform hazardous waste treatement and disposal services for the USDA, ARS, North Atlantic Area which covers up to twelve (12) location (Beaver, WV; Ft. Detrick, MD; Princess Anne, MD; Kearneysville, WV; Newark, DE; Boston, MA; Ithaca, NY; Geneva, NY; Orono, ME; University Park, PA; Wyndmoor, PA; and Orient Point, NY as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). A service contract will be awarded. Orders will be placed by each location under this Blanket Purchase Arrangement (BPA). The Contractor shall submit monthly invoices to each location for payment by a Government Credit Card or Purchase Order. The period of performance is from September 1, 2005 or date of award, whichever is later through August 31, 2006 plus four (4) one-year option periods. It should be noted that all Contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to the solicitation close date. Contractors may register electronically at http://www.ccr.com. Solicitation Number 24-3615-05 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and is expected to be available on or about August 19, 2005. This solicitation is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable NAICS is 562211, with a size standard of $10.5 million. The solicitation and other documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Internet site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the documents and for monitoring the web site for release of amendments (if any) and any other related documents. Potential offeror's are required to complete the Interested Vendor?s List so that ARS may establish a Bidder?s List.
